Each holiday season we delight in bringing
you a show that will rekindle the true Christmas spirit in all of us. Through
songs, stories, and dances – both traditional and original – we commit ourselves
to capturing the very heart and essence of the holiday season. A FIRESIDE
CHRISTMAS is always new and exciting, with new costumes and sets, new songs and
dancing, and new ways to tell the familiar stories of the season. But what never
changes is our faithfulness to the traditions and memories of this most joyous
time of the year.
Tickets do not include gratuity.
Dining is required for all performances.
Tickets are not exchangeable for another date and are not
refundable.
All tickets subject to 5.5% sales tax and $5.00 facilities charge per
ticket.
Sunday Evening we offer a 4 for 3 Special. Web orders will be
charged for all seats and then credited back the Complimentary 4th Seat
by the next Business Day.

Steamed Gulf Shrimp covered with seasoned Creamed Spinach, flavored with
Anise, dusted with Parmesan Cheese and baked.
Freshly Baked Breads from The Fireside Ovens
Chicken Vienna
Skinless
Chicken Breast, Jones Family Hickory Smoked Ham, Dijon Mustard, French Boursin
and Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese, rolled in Fresh Bread Crumbs, sauteed to a golden
brown and presented on a Madeira Wine Sauce. Our famous Sweet Potato Souffle
with a Pecan Crust, Fresh Asparagus Spears, and Spaghetti Squash with Tomato
Concasse.
Holiday Panna Cotta
Chilled Italian Custard flavored with Madagascar Vanilla Bean and presented
on a Fruit Coulis garnished with Fresh Berries and a Holly Leaf. Santa’s Ginger
Snap Cookie.

Chef-Carved Beef Tenderloin and Herb Flavored Breast of Turkey, Barbecued
Pork Back Ribs, Chicken Breast Tempura, Norwegian Cod dipped in Beer
Batter, Roast Loin of Pork, Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo, our famous
Sweet Potato Souffle, and four more delicious choices that change with
each new show. Your Buffet is accompanied by our Signature Salad, Fresh
Breads, Holiday Panna Cotta, and Coffee, Tea or Milk served at your table.
Saturday Evening Menu
or Dinner Theatre Package
When making reservations, your party has two dining options. Either
purchase your theatre tickets in advance and then select your dinner
entree from our Celebration Menu featuring a variety of delicious
choices and pay for your dining the night of the show; or pre-select and
purchase our Dinner Theatre Package featuring Chateaubriand - Sliced
Roast Tenderloin of Beef. Everyone in your party must choose the same
option.
Friday Evening Package Menu

When making reservations, your party has two dining options. Everyone in
your party must choose the same option. Option #1 is our Dinner Theatre
Package menu described above. Option #2 is our Fish Fry Package. With
the Fish Fry Package, you will choose on the night of the show either
Steamed or Fried Norwegian Cod, served with Cole Slaw, Stir-Fried
Vegetables, your choice of our famous Potato Pancakes, Baked Yukon Gold
Potatoes, or French Fries, Holiday Panna Cotta, and Coffee, Tea or Milk.
Sunday Matinee Brunch Package
Chef-Carved Hickory Smoked Ham and Breast of Turkey, Farm Fresh Eggs,
Jones Sausage, Chicken Breast Tempura, Fresh Norwegian Salmon, Shrimp
and Scallops Alfredo, and five more delicious choices that change with
each new show. Your Brunch Buffet is accompanied by a Salad of Fresh
Tropical Fruits, Fresh Pastries,
Holiday Panna Cotta, and Coffee, Tea or
Milk served at your table.
The Fireside will
accommodate special medical/dietary needs.
