Saturday Matinee Menu Theatre with Upgrades

For the Saturday matinee, the featured entree is included in the cost of the dinner theatre package.  All other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have a small upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select an alternate entree.  This is the complete Saturday matinee menu for ANNIE GET YOUR GUN.

Chicken and Ribs
The Fireside's favorite duo, Lean Pork Back Ribs glazed with our Special BBQ Sauce, slowly roasted until the tender meat falls from the bone. Accompanied by our Buttermilk Marinated Southern Fried Baked Fresh Chicken Breast. Served with a Baked Idaho Potato stuffed with Fresh Broccoli Buds in a Wisconsin Cheese Sauce

Baked Stuffed Pork Chop
Herbed Dressing flavored with Jones Original Recipe Sausage, Sauerkraut, Mushrooms, Celery and Onions tucked into a thick Loin Chop, slowly roasted until fork tender and glazed with Old Fashioned Pork Stock Gravy.  Served with Whipped Idaho Potatoes, Fresh Asparagus and Carrots, and our house-made Cinnamon Apple Sauce.

Fresh Salmon and Scallops
Steamed Filet of Atlantic Salmon and Pan Seared New England Sea Scallops with a Ramekin of Fresh Tarragon Beurre Blanc Sauce.  Served with Yukon Gold Potato Wedges, Fresh Asparagus and Carrots.

Beef Tenderloin Filet
Prized as the most "Tender of all Steaks," Pan Seared Center-Cut Steer Tenderloin, crowned with our Seasoned Steak Butter, presented on a Toasted Crouton to capture the flavors.  Served with Yukon Gold Potato Wedges, Fresh Asparagus Spears and Carrots.

Fresh Premium Chilean Sea Bass
Flavored with Herbs and Seasonings, sauteed and oven roasted, presented on a Creole Beurre Blanc Sauce and sprinkled with Roasted Pecan pieces.  Served with tri-colored Linguine "Al Dente", Fresh Asparagus and Carrots.

Global Vegetarian Medley
A blend of tri-colored Couscous, Quinoa, Onions, Carrots, Black Beans, and Corn flavored with Cumin and Cilantro cooked in a Vegetable Broth; Sweet Potato Souffle; Linguine topped with Alfredo Sauce; Marinated Portabella Mushroom stuffed with Squash, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Boursin Cheese and Pesto Sauce; Polenta topped with Marinara Sauce.

Rich, flavorful Custard with Fresh Pecans in a Flaky Crust, garnished with Whipped Cream and a Myers Rum Caramel Sauce.
