Kopit & Yeston's Phantom

Dec. 29, 2017 -  Feb. 18, 2018
For over a century, audiences have been captivated by the tragic story of the disfigured genius who makes his home in the cavernous underground of the Paris Opera House and falls in love with Christine - the beautiful soprano he can never have. Hailed as “the finest PHANTOM of them all,” Arthur Kopit and Maury Yeston’s moving presentation digs deep into the life of this tortured soul in a show filled with romance and mystery, thrills and excitement, colors and humor, and of course, their lyrical and luxurious music. Your heart races, your soul soars, and you fall in love all over again. It is, quite simply, an unforgettable theatrical experience!

Disney's Newsies

Feb. 22 - Apr. 8, 2018
Adapted from the Disney film set in New York at the turn of the century, NEWSIES is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a ragged band of teenaged “newsies,” who dreams only of a better life far from the hardship of the streets. But when publishing titans Joseph Pulitzer and William Randolph Hearst raise distribution prices at the newsboys’ expense, Jack finds a cause to fight for and rallies newsies from across the city to strike for what’s right. High-energy with non-stop thrills, the stage version includes eight brand-new songs by the original team of Alan Menken and Jack Feldman while keeping many of the beloved songs from the film such as “Carrying the Banner,” “Seize the Day,” “King of New York,” and “Santa Fe.”

42nd Street

Apr. 12 -  May 27, 2018
The ultimate show-biz musical, 42ND STREET is a celebration of Broadway, Times Square, and the people who make the magic of musical theatre. Aspiring chorus girl Peggy Sawyer comes to the big city from Allentown PA, and soon lands her first big job in the ensemble of a glitzy new Broadway show. Then just before opening night, the leading lady breaks her ankle. Will Peggy be able to step in and become a star? With a score chock-full of Broadway hits, including “You’re Getting To Be A Habit With Me,” “Dames,” “We’re In the Money,” “Lullaby of Broadway,” “Shuffle Off to Buffalo” and “Forty-Second Street,” this show is every musical lover’s dream come true!

A Second Helping

May 31 - July 15, 2018
Join us as our delightful “Steel Magnolias of the Prairie” deal with life, death, and new adventures,  finding strength in each other from below the “House of God.” This time around, the year is 1969 and the world is changing. As folks protest the Vietnam War and women are demanding equal pay for equal work in their small rural Minnesota community, the ladies of the Lutheran church basement kitchen are dealing with changes of their own. With their heartwarming humor and hilarious antics, they take us from serving the high school students at the Luther League Banquet to a church sponsored Missionary Night and the rise and fall of a Viking’s Super Bowl Sunday.

Disney's The Little Mermaid

July 19 - Sep. 2, 2018
In a magical kingdom beneath the sea, the beautiful young mermaid Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen’s most beloved stories and the classic animated film, Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID is a hauntingly beautiful love story. With music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable of Ariel and her colorful friends will capture your heart with its irresistible songs including “Under the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl,” and “Part of Your World.”

Grease

Sep. 6  -  Oct . 28, 2018
An eight-year run on Broadway and two subsequent revivals, along with innumerable school and community productions place Grease among the world's most popular musicals. Here is Rydell High's senior class of 1959: duck-tailed, hot-rodding "Burger Palace Boys" and their gum-snapping, hip-shaking "Pink Ladies" in bobby sox and pedal pushers, evoking the look and sound of the 1950s. Head "greaser" Danny Zuko and new (good) girl Sandy Dumbrowski try to relive the high romance of their "Summer Nights" as the rest of the gang sings and dances its way through such songs as "Greased Lightnin'," "It's Raining on Prom Night," "Alone at the Drive-In Movie" recalling the music of Buddy Holly, Little Richard, and Elvis Presley that became the soundtrack of a generation.

ELF The Musical

Nov. 1,  -  Dec. 23, 2018
Based on the beloved holiday film, this hilarious fish-out-of-water comedy is now a must-see holiday musical.  Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh realities that his father is on the naughty list and his half-brother doesn’t even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true spirit of Christmas. This modern day holiday classic is sure to make everyone embrace their inner elf!
