Under guidance from Governor Tony Evers and the Department of Health Services (DHS) Secretary-designee Andrea Palm, The Fireside will be closed at 5:00pm Tuesday March 24, 2020 and will remain closed until 8:00am Friday April 24, 2020, or until a superseding order is issued from the Governor’s office.

The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted The Fireside like no other event in our history. Like us, many businesses and families are struggling. We are not alone in this regard and hope that everyone stays home and focuses on their health and safety. As we have said since the beginning of this crisis, there is no higher priority to our entire Fireside Family than the safety, health and wellbeing of our employees, guests and the surrounding community in which we operate. These are unprecedented and difficult times. This is a constantly developing, very fast-moving situation with updates to information by the hour, but rest assured we will continue to monitor the situation and post updates on our website and Facebook.

We deeply apologize to our guests who had reservations for our performances that had to be cancelled. For those of you with reservations to any performance that has been cancelled, all ticket orders will be held in your customer account to be used toward a future production. Please do not contact our Box Office as we will be closed at this time and will contact you once we can return to work. We hope that we will be able to open our Box Office on April 24th and will contact you at that time. We sincerely thank you for your support over the last couple weeks. We appreciate your understanding and patience at this challenging time and look forward to another opportunity to serve you. Be well, we are all in this together!

Please keep in mind that while we are closed, you can continue to purchase tickets for the remainder of our 2020 Season as well as gift cards online!
