December 31, 2021 New Year’s Matinee and Evening Celebrations
It’s time once again to break out the champagne, dust off the party hats, sing, dance, and ring in a brand new year at The Fireside! Join the one and only Steve Watts with his four-piece band and a group of The Fireside’s favorite performers in a fast-paced, heart-pounding, fun-filled, musical celebration. There will be pop classics, Broadway hits, jazz, comedy, and lots and lots of great rock and roll in this not to be missed show that is guaranteed to get your blood rushing, your hands clapping, and put a smile on your face! So raise your glasses high and make a toast to brighter days ahead at our joyous New Year’s Eve party at The Fireside. Paired with an elegant meal from The Fireside Chefs, there’s no better way to Ring in the New!

Three Large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied, dipped in our special egg batter and deep fried to a golden brown. Served with Brandied Apricot and Red Cocktail Sauces OR marinated and grilled, presented on a Tomato Butter Sauce. Accompanied by a Broiled Center-Cut Steer Tenderloin Steak, glazed with our Herbed Steak Butter.
Fresh Premium Chilean Sea Bass
Enhanced with Herbs and Seasonings, sautéed, finished in the oven and presented on a Creole Beurre Blanc Sauce with Roasted Pecans.
Shrimp – Tempura or Grilled
Five large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied, dipped in our special egg batter, deep fried, served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces OR Marinated Grilled Shrimp presented on a Tomato Butter Sauce.
Pretzel Crusted Stuffed Chicken
Skinless Breast of Fresh Chicken stuffed with Havarti Cheese, dipped in Egg Batter, rolled in Pretzel Crumbs and sautéed to a golden brown, baked and striped with a Balsamic Raspberry Sauce.
Baked Stuffed Pork Chop
Herbed Dressing flavored with Jones Original Recipe Sausage, Sauerkraut, Mushrooms, Celery, and Onions tucked into a thick Loin Chop, slowly roasted until fork tender and glazed with Old Fashioned Gravy. Served with Whipped Potatoes and our homemade Cinnamon Apple Sauce

Dinner Theatre Packages includes the show ticket plus four-course dinner – Soup, Salad, your choice of Entrée, and Dessert. Unless otherwise noted, dinners are served with Escalloped Potatoes Au Gratin, Fresh Asparagus and Carrots; and Dessert. Package does not include sales tax, $6.00 facility fee, bar drinks, or gratuity.
