SATURDAY EVENING MENU

Please call ahead for reservations at 800-477-9505.

For the Saturday matinee and Sunday midday, the featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for GREASE.

Our Traditional Bruschetta with Diced Roma Tomatoes and Fresh Basil – gf
Served with mini crisp Corn Croustade Baskets.

Signature Salad – gf
Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Kiwi, and Strawberries over Fresh Garden Greens, sprinkled with Sesame Croutons and our famous Papaya Chutney Dressing.

CHICKEN AND RIBS – gf
Our Signature Lean Pork Back Ribs glazed with our special Barbecue Sauce, slowly roasted until the tender meat falls from the bone; and a Skinless Breast of Chicken dipped in egg batter, rolled in breadcrumbs, and sautéed to a golden brown. Served with Roasted Yukon O’Brien Potatoes and Fresh Asparagus with Carrot Coins.

SLICED ROAST BEEF TENDERLOIN – gf
Chef Carved Medallions of Roast Beef Tenderloin with a Madeira Wine Demi-glaze. Served with Roasted Yukon O’Brien Potatoes and Fresh Asparagus with Carrot Coins.

ATLANTIC SALMON – gf
Grilled and served with a Lemon Velouté Sauce. Served with Roasted Yukon O’Brien Potatoes and Fresh Asparagus with Carrot Coins.

ALA CARTE SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.

BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOP – gf
Herbed Dressing flavored with Jones Original Recipe Sausage, Sauerkraut, Mushrooms, Celery, and Onions tucked into a thick Loin Chop, slowly roasted until fork tender and glazed with Old Fashioned Gravy. Served with Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Homemade Cinnamon Apple Sauce, and Fresh Asparagus with Carrot Coins.

HAWAIIAN RIB EYE STEAK – gf
Our Signature Recipe, enjoyed by Fireside guests since 1964. Delicately marinated in our special Polynesian Sauce, broiled on the grill, full of flavor, presented on a bed of Blended Wild Rice with sautéed Fresh Golden Pineapple and serves with Fresh Asparagus with Carrot Coins.
