SATURDAY EVENING MENU

Please call ahead for reservations at 800-477-9505.

On Saturday evening, the featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for THE WIZARD OF OZ.

Topped with Asiago Cheese Croutons.

PRETZEL CRUSTED STUFFED CHICKEN
Skinless Breast of Chicken stuffed with Havarti Cheese, dipped in egg, rolled in Pretzel Crumbs, sautéed to a golden brown and baked; served with a Balsamic Raspberry Vinaigrette. Served with Scalloped Potatoes and Broccolini.
Included in the Dinner Theatre Package price.

BARBECUED RIBS – gf
A half rack of our Signature Lean Pork Back Ribs glazed with our special Barbecue Sauce, slowly roasted until the tender meat falls from the bone. Served with Scalloped Potatoes and Broccolini.
Included in Dinner Theatre Package price.

SHRIMP TEMPURA
Four Large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied and dipped in our special beer batter then deep fried to a golden brown. Served with Brandied Apricot and Red Cocktail Sauces. Served with Scalloped Potatoes and Broccolini.
Included in the Dinner Theatre Package price.

ALA CARTE SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.

BEEF TENDERLOIN FILET – gf
Pan Seared Choice Tenderloin, glazed with herbed steak butter, served with deep fried Buttermilk Onion Strings, and presented on a toasted crouton to capture the flavors. Served with Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Wedges and Grilled Asparagus.

FRESH SALMON AND SCALLOPS
Your choice of Steamed, Grilled, or Blackened Filet of Atlantic Salmon. Accompanied by Pan Seared New England Sea Scallops with Fresh Tarragon Beurre Blanc Sauce. Served with Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Wedges and Grilled Asparagus.

A refreshing mix of Blueberries and Lemon Curd with a Shortbread Crust.

Entrée price includes complete dinner – Appetizer, Soup, Entrée, and Dessert.
Sautéed Mushrooms or Sautéed Onions are available with any steak entrée for an additional $1.25 each.
