SATURDAY EVENING MENU

The featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for TITANIC.

 A LA CARTE APPETIZERS

SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.
$3.50 each

 OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL – gf
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Served with Shaved Ice, Cocktail Sauce, Champagne Mignonette, Pineapple Habanero Sauce, and Lemons.

Skinless Breast of Chicken, dipped in egg, lightly breaded and sautéed, topped with Corned Beef, Caramelized Leeks, and Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese, presented on an Irish Mustard Sauce. Served with Whipped Potatoes and an Autumn Vegetable Mix.

SLICED PORK TENDERLOIN – gf
Slow Roasted Pork Tenderloin, sliced and crowned with rich pork stock gravy, served with Herbed Stuffing and Cinnamon Applesauce. Accompanied by Whipped Potatoes and an Autumn Vegetable Mix.

Four Large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied and dipped in our special egg batter then deep fried to a golden brown. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces. Accompanied by Whipped Potatoes and an Autumn Vegetable Mix.

Grilled and topped with Mushroom Bordelaise and Fried Onions. Served with Lemon Fingerling Potatoes and an Autumn Vegetable Mix.

Your choice of Steamed, Grilled, or Blackened Fillet of Atlantic Salmon with a White Wine Beurre Blanc Sauce. Served with Lemon  Fingerling Potatoes and Corn Succotash.
