SATURDAY MATINEE AND SUNDAY MIDDAY MENU

Please call ahead for reservations at 920-563-9505.

The featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for BACK IN THE BUILDING.

 A LA CARTE APPETIZER

SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.

Seasoned with Fresh Herbs and Lemon Butter and seared to perfection.

SLICED ROAST BEEF TENDERLOIN – gf
Chef Carved Medallions of Roast Beef Tenderloin glazed with a Red Wine Sauce.
Included in the Dinner Theatre Package price.

Above entrées served with a Salted Baked Potato with Butter, Chives, and Cheese and a Roasted Vegetable Medley. – gf

VEGETARIAN PESTO ORECCHIETTE
With Broccolini and Parmesan Cheese.

GRILLED HANGER STEAK – gf
Known as “The Butcher’s Filet,” this tender and flavorful cut is charred to perfection on the grill and carved to order. Served on a Beer Battered Portobello Mushroom with Caramelized Onions, Arugula, and Veal Demi.

SEAFOOD WITH SQUID INK TAGLIATELLE
Squid Ink Tagliatelle with Prawns, Clams, and Lobster in a Tomato and White Wine Cream Sauce.

Flourless Chocolate Cake
A decadent cake made from Espresso Powder, Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Cream, and Egg. Topped with Powdered Sugar and Fresh Raspberries and served with a Raspberry Coulis.

Coffee, Tea, and Milk

Price listed includes complete dinner – Soup, Entrée, and Dessert.
Sautéed Mushrooms or Sautéed Onions are available with any steak entrée for an additional $1.25 each.
