SATURDAY EVENING MENU

Please call ahead for reservations at 920-563-9505.

The featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for THE LAST POTLUCK SUPPER.

 A LA CARTE APPETIZER

SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.
$3.50 each

Beef Empanadas
Baked pastry crescents filled with seasoned Ground Beef, Onion, Tomato, and Cheddar Cheese.

Asian Salad
An Asian Vegetable Mix with Cashews and Sesame Dressing topped with Fried Rice Noodles.

BRAISED PORK BELLY – gf
Succulent Duroc Pork Belly scored and seared to perfection. Braised slowly in Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, and its natural juices until tender. Served with a Pan Sauce, Fried Rice with Peas, Onion, and Egg, and Garlic Sesame Green Beans.
Included in the Dinner Theatre Package price.

SUPREME CUT CHICKEN BREAST – gf
Seasoned with Lemon Pepper and  Seared. Served with a Velouté Sauce, Fried Rice with Peas, Onion, and Egg, and Garlic Sesame Green Beans.
Included in Dinner Theatre Package price.

THAI GRILLED SHRIMP – gf
Fresh Shrimp, Onions, Bell Peppers, and Pineapple marinated in Lemongrass, Sweet Chilis, and Garlic. Served with an Apricot Lemongrass Chutney, Fried Rice with Peas, Onion, and Egg, and topped with Fried Rice Noodles.

VEGETARIAN CACCIATORE – gf
Penne Pasta served with a Pomodoro Sauce topped with Shaved Parmesan and Basil.

OPTIONAL ENTREE SELECTIONS

BEEF TENDERLOIN FILET – gf
Pan seared, glazed with herbed steak butter and topped with deep fried Buttermilk Onion Strings. Served with Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and a side of Peppercorn Sauce.

HAWAIIAN RIBEYE STEAK – gf
Delicately marinated in our special Polynesian Sauce, broiled on the grill, full of flavor, presented on a bed of Blended Wild Rice with Sauteed Fresh Golden Pineapple and Grilled Asparagus.

Sautéed Mushrooms or Sautéed Onions are available with any steak entrée for an additional $1.25 each.
