December 31, 2020 New Year’s Matinee and Evening Celebrations
The Fireside is proud to present a New Year’s Eve Celebration like none other. Ted Torres Martin, a world champion Elvis Presley tribute artist, returns to The Fireside stage to help usher in the New Year. Join us as he recreates some of the King’s unforgettable Las Vegas performances. Elvis personified the Vegas experience. He opened at the new International Hotel in 1969 to a sold out crowd and went on to perform 837 consecutive sold out shows in front of 2.5 million people. You’ll hear such songs as “See See Rider,” “A Little Less Conversation,” “Viva Las Vegas,” and many others. Great food! Great music! Great fun! Plus toast to a better year to come!!! Limited seating to allow for social distancing.
We are offering limited seating for these events in order to allow proper social distancing in both the dining room and the theatre. To accomplish that, reservations can be made only through our Box Office which will be staffed from 11 – 5 Monday through Friday and 10 – 5 on Saturdays at 800-477-9505. Five large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied, dipped in our special egg batter, deep fried, served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces OR Marinated Grilled Shrimp presented on a Tomato Butter Sauce.
Fresh Premium Chilean Sea Bass
Enhanced with Herbs and Seasonings, sautéed, finished in the oven and presented on a Creole Beurre Blanc Sauce with Roasted Pecans.
Beef Tenderloin Filet
Known as the “Most Tender of all Steaks,” Pan Seared Center-Cut Steer Tenderloin crowned with our Seasoned Steak Butter and presented on a Toasted Crouton to capture the flavors.
Steak & Shrimp – Tempura or Grilled
Three Large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied, dipped in our special egg batter and deep fried to a golden brown. Served with Brandied Apricot and Red Cocktail Sauces OR marinated and grilled, presented on a Tomato Butter Sauce.
