Love is in the air at The Fireside Theatre. We’ll be presenting a special Valentine’s Day concert on February 13 and 14 starring our wildly popular piano guy Steve Watts and two Fireside favorites, Tommy Hahn and Norrell Moore. Steve, Tommy, and Norrell were all featured in our most recent acclaimed band show THAT’S WHAT I CALL ROCK AND ROLL. They’ll be ringing the halls with some of the greatest love songs of all time from Rock and Roll to popular standards, jazz, and country. What a perfect way to celebrate with your special someone or all the loved ones in your family. Not even a pandemic can stop the power of love at The Fireside! Limited seating to allow for social distancing.
We are offering limited seating for these events in order to allow proper social distancing in both the dining room and the theatre and masks are required except while dining. Pretzel Crusted Stuffed Chicken
Skinless Breast of Fresh Chicken stuffed with Havarti Cheese, dipped in Egg Batter, rolled in Pretzel Crumbs and sautéed to a golden brown, baked and striped with a Balsamic Raspberry Sauce.
Grilled and served with Lemon Velouté Sauce.
Beef Tenderloin Filet
Known as the “Most Tender of all Steaks,” Pan Seared Center-Cut Steer Tenderloin crowned with our Seasoned Steak Butter and presented on a Toasted Crouton to capture the flavors.
Steak & Shrimp Tempura
Three Large Gulf Shrimp, butterflied, dipped in our special egg batter and deep fried to a golden brown. Served with Brandied Apricot and Red Cocktail Sauces. Accompanied by a Broiled Center-Cut Steer Tenderloin Steak, glazed with our Herbed Steak Butter.
