SATURDAY EVENING MENU

Please call ahead for reservations at 920-563-9505.

The featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees with the exception of the Vegetarian Medley have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for OKLAHOMA!

 A LA CARTE APPETIZER

SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.
$3.50 each

Harvest Corn Salad – gf
A Seasonal Medley of Fresh Wisconsin Sweet Corn, Red Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Shredded Kale, and Feta Cheese, tossed in a Homemade Vinaigrette with Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, and Dijon Mustard. Served with Grilled Naan Bread.

Scallop Appetizer – gf
Seared Fresh Atlantic Diver Scallop with a Potato Croquette, presented on our Tomato Butter Sauce.

CHICKEN FLORENTINE – gf
Pan seared Chicken Breast stuffed with Fresh Spinach and Cheeses, served over a Spinach Cream Sauce.

BAKED ALMOND CRUSTED COD – gf
A tender 8 oz. Northern Atlantic Cod Filet coated with Dijon Mustard and crusted with Toasted Almonds, Panko Breadcrumbs, and Fresh Herbs. Baked to crunchy perfection and served with our decadent Tarragon Sauce.

BEEF SHORT RIB – gf
Slowly braised in beef stock and crowned with a red wine demi-glace.

Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Parmesan stuffed Manicotti, baked in a Spinach and Tomato Sauce.

Pan seared, glazed with herbed steak butter and topped with deep fried Buttermilk Onion Strings. Served with Garlic and Herb Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and a side of Peppercorn Sauce.

HAWAIIAN RIBEYE STEAK – gf
Delicately marinated in our special Polynesian Sauce, broiled on the grill, full of flavor, presented on a bed of Blended Wild Rice with Sauteed Fresh Golden Pineapple and Grilled Asparagus.

BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOP
Herbed Dressing flavored with Jones Original Recipe Sausage, Sauerkraut, Celery, and Onions tucked into a thick Loin Chop, slowly braised until fork tender and glazed with Old Fashioned Gravy. Served with Garlic and Herb Whipped Potatoes, Homemade Cinnamon Apple Sauce, and Roasted Asparagus.
