SATURDAY MATINEE AND SUNDAY MIDDAY MENU

Please call ahead for reservations at 920-563-9505.

The featured entrees are included in the cost of the dinner theatre package. Other entrees have an upgrade fee which is paid on the day of your visit if you choose to select one of those. This is the upgrade menu for MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS.

 A LA CARTE APPETIZER

SHRIMP TEMPURA
Offered as an add-on to any dinner. Large butterflied Gulf Shrimp dipped in Tempura Batter and deep fried. Served with Brandied Apricot and Cocktail Sauces.
$3.50 each

Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Kiwi, and Strawberries over Fresh Garden Greens, sprinkled with Sesame Croutons and our famous Papaya Chutney Dressing.

CHICKEN AND RIBS – gf
Our Signature Lean Pork Back Ribs glazed with our special Barbecue Sauce, slowly roasted until the tender meat falls from the bone. Accompanied by our Buttermilk Marinated Southern Fried Baked Chicken Breast. Served with Roasted Garlic Redskin Potatoes and Parisian Carrots.

GRILLED MAHI MAHI – gf
Mahi-Mahi marinated in fresh herbs and citrus juices, grilled to perfection and served with a sweet Mango Sauce. Served with Roasted Garlic Redskin Potatoes and Parisian Carrots.

MEDITERRANEAN SHORT RIB – gf
Pan seared Beef Short Rib, slow cooked with Olives, Capers, Tomato, and Basil until meltingly tender. Served with a Pan Sauce, Whipped Garlic Redskin Potatoes, and Parisian Carrots.

VEGETARIAN PASTA PRIMAVERA – gf
Penne Pasta with Tomatoes, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Broccoli, Red Onions, Asparagus, and Peas in a homemade Pomodoro Sauce, finished with Parmesan Cheese.

OPTIONAL ENTREE SELECTIONS

BEEF TENDERLOIN FILET – gf
Pan seared, glazed with herbed steak butter and topped with deep fried Buttermilk Onion Strings. Served with Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and a side of Black Peppercorn Sauce.

HAWAIIAN RIBEYE STEAK – gf
Delicately marinated in our special Polynesian Sauce, broiled on the grill, full of flavor, presented on a bed of Blended Wild Rice with Sauteed Fresh Golden Pineapple and Grilled Asparagus.
