The Fireside auditions and hires professional singers, dancers and actors from all over the United States. Many come with Broadway and National Tour experience. All of them come with great talent and a passion for their craft.

Michael Glavan (Eric/Phantom) Fireside: BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (Beast), NYC/Off’B’way: AN AMERICAN HERO, ULTIMATE MAN! Regional: 1776 (Engeman), VANYA . . . Caitlin Borek (Christine Daee) This is Caitlin’s fourth production with The Fireside! She was last seen in 2016’s A FIRESIDE CHRISTMAS. She was also Cosette in LES MIS for which she received a BroadwayWorld Madison Award. A few of her Regional credits include Fantine in LES MIS (Circa21), Nellie in SOUTH PACIFIC and The Hunyak in CHICAGO (Maples Repertory). She’d like to thank her loving family, Scott Flaherty Vocal Studio NYC, and her mentor Ed for yet another dream role.

Ronald L. Brown (Gerard Carierre) is happy to return to The Fireside, having previous performed as Juan Peron in EVITA and Daddy Warbucks in ANNIE. Ron has appeared in the National Tours of THE SOUND OF MUSIC, MY FAIR LADY, and EVITA. Other favorites include Don Quixote in MAN OF LA MANCHA, Harold in THE FULL MONTY, Old Deuteronomy in CATS, Maurice in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, Merlyn/Pellinore in CAMELOT, and Mark Rothko in the play RED. Ron is a proud and active member of Actors’ Equity Association.

Tina Mancini (Carlotta) is thrilled to be performing at The Fireside! Graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School, NYC, she also studied Bel Canto at AIDM in Rome and with Suzanne Robertson in Montreal. Significant roles include INTO THE WOODS (Witch), A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Puck), MERTON OF THE MOVIES (Flips), and LA DOLCE VITA EN EXIL (Maria Giannina). Special thanks to my mom, my dad in heaven, my family, and Jonathan for all the support.

Matthew Salvatore (Philippe) is thrilled to be making his Fireside debut this season! He has been recently seen as Man in Chair in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE and Mary Sunshine in CHICAGO at Santa Rosa Summer Repertory, as well as Jim Farrell in TITANIC and Yonkers in GYPSY at Timberlake Playhouse. A recent graduate of CCM, he sends love and thanks to the cast, creative team, Daniel Hoff Agency, and all his beautiful friends and family. @matt_salvatore

Danielle Behrens (Belladova) is a California native currently residing in New York City. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Musical Theater from Marymount Manhattan College. Some of her favorite credits include THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA (Clara), SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN (Kathy), and THE WIZARD OF OZ (Swing). She is absolutely thrilled to be a part of this production and gives all her love to her family, friends and her happily ever after, Adam.

Brian Elliott (Minister of Culture) is happy to be back at The Fireside where he appeared as Cogsworth (BEAUTY AND THE BEAST), Roscoe Dexter (SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN) Uncle Billy (A WONDERFUL LIFE), Grantaire (LES MISERABLES), and Robertson Ay (MARY POPPINS). At the Mercury Theater of Chicago he’s been seen as Max Bialystok (THE PRODUCERS) and Oskar (THE CHRISTMAS SCHOONER), and at 4th Wall Theater as Younger Brother (RAGTIME). He wishes to thank his parents, Mary, Ed, Kate, and his Chicago family (they know why).

Preston Smith (Jean-Claude) is thrilled to be making his Fireside debut with PHANTOM! Credits include: THE WIZARD OF OZ (The Scarecrow, Big Deal Productions); MACBETH (Third Witch, Transcendent Ensemble Theatre Company); INTO THE WOODS (The Wolf, Edinburgh Fringe Festival); ATLANTIC: AMERICA AND THE GREAT WAR (Martin, Edinburgh Fringe Festival). Anna Novak (Flora)
is thrilled to be joining The Fireside for PHANTOM. Anna was last seen in SENSE AND SENSIBILITY at the Guthrie Theater. She grew up dancing with Minnesota Dance Theatre as well as performing with the company, in addition to attending summer intensives at American Ballet Theatre and Kaastbaan Ballet. Much love to Mom and Dad!

Yukari Osaka (Fleure) is a dancer/performance artist/choreographer originally from Kobe, Japan. Yukari began her professional career with Sadamatsu-Hamada Ballet in Japan, and is recently a member of Yaa Samar! Dance Theatre. She has appeared in various dance/theatre festivals and productions including Dance Biennale Tokyo (Japan), Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival (MA), Theater der Welt Festival (Germany), the musical IN THE HEIGHTS at WPPAC and LES CONTES D’HOFFMANN at the Metropolitan Opera (NY).

Gwynedd Vetter-Drusch (Florence) is delighted to be performing at The Fireside for the first time! Regional: PETER AND THE STARCATCHER (Molly), FROG AND TOAD (Bird/Mouse); Saratoga Shakespeare Co.’s MIDSUMMER (Tytania), WINTER’S TALE (Perdita). NYC: ROCK AND ROLL REFUGEE; EVANGELINE, A CURIOUS JOURNEY (Evangeline). Dance: Gelsey Kirkland’s NUTCRACKER (Marie); Tulsa Ballet’s SLEEPING BEAUTY, DRACULA. LOVE and gratitude to my family and Connor for the miles of support.

Maggie Bera (Ensemble) is thrilled to make her Fireside debut! Regional: THE WORLD ACCORDING TO SNOOPY (Lucy) at TUTS Houston, GREASE (Sandy) at Count Basie Theatre, PETER PAN (Wendy) at Connecticut Rep, and LES MISERABLES directed by Terrence Mann. Television: The Big C with Laura Linney, National Verizon Fios Commercial. BFA MT Texas State University. Jersey girl. Proud member of AEA! Love to my family and Ed for believing in me.

Molly Dunn (Ensemble) is back at The Fireside after shaking her tailfeather as Babette in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST! Other credits include: THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD (Rosa Bud), SHE LOVES ME (Amalia Balash), SWEENEY TODD (Johanna u/s), and THE MAGIC FLUTE (First Lady). She is a 2017 Finalist and Special Award Winner in the International Lotte Lenya Competition. Thank you Ed and Fireside for this wonderful opportunity. Love to her family.

Briana Lipor (Ensemble) Some of her theater credits include Nellie in SOUTH PACIFIC, Belle in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, Adelaide in GUYS AND DOLLS, Ariel in THE LITTLE MERMAID, Rusty in FOOTLOOSE, Susie in BABES IN ARMS, and Irene Molloy in HELLO DOLLY. In 2008, Briana was awarded the title of Miss Wisconsin and the honor of traveling the country and representing the state of Wisconsin on the Miss America stage! Briana is very excited to be performing on the Fireside stage in PHANTOM!

Doug Reed (Ensemble) is a proud Fireside veteran of 29 years and 126 shows. Some of his favorite roles include Gideon in SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS, Andy Lee in 42ND STREET, Cosmo in SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, Tommy Djilas in THE MUSIC MAN, Paul in KISS ME KATE, Zebulan in all three productions of JOSEPH, and Wes Warnicker in FOOTLOOSE. Doug is also active as a choreographer and director for high schools, universities, and community theatres across Southern Wisconsin and is a proud six time Tommy Award winner!

Garrett Storm (Ensemble) is a Pittsburgher turned New Yorker who is excited to be making his Fireside debut! Regional credits include the Pittsburgh Public Theater (MY FAIR LADY, OTHELLO), the Pittsburgh CLO (A MUSICAL CHRISTMAS CAROL, GALLERY OF HEROES), and St. Vincent Summer Theatre (INTO THE WOODS). Joseph C. Townsend (Ensemble) is so grateful to be ringing in the New Year making his Fireside Debut! Recent credits: OLIVER at The Paper Mill Playhouse, HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS!
