John Marshall Jr. (McCracken, Ensemble) is thrilled to be making his Fireside debut in ANNIE. The 1999 TV remake of the musical is what sparked his love for musical theatre. John, a Chicago based actor, was nominated for a Jeff Award for his supporting role in YANK! A WWII LOVE STORY. He’s performed around Chicago at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Drury Lane Theatre, Paramount Theatre, Marriott Theatre, Theatre at the Center, Porchlight Music Theatre and more. Willow (Sandy) is a purebred champion Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. When not acting she trains and competes in most venues of dog sports including dog shows, obedience trials and retriever tests. Agility competitions are on her “to-do” list. She is delighted to be making her debut in ANNIE at The Fireside. If she looks familiar, her grandmother performed at The Fireside in ANNIE 2011 and LEGALLY BLONDE in 2012.
